Mark Blanchard, one of the five featured trainers and only yoga instructor worked with Jessica to introduce a workout regimen consisting primarily of 90-minute Progressive Power Yoga sessions five times a week coupled with a sensible diet. “That was it – no homework, no hiking, no jogging. Which is not to suggest it was easy as unrolling a sticky mat,” states the magazine article.
